His track record speaks for itself — more than 50 successful turnarounds, over 40 mergers and acquisitions negotiated, closed, and integrated, and a career defined by stepping into the most complex, high-stakes business challenges and delivering results that move the needle for owners, investors, and teams alike.

Christopher's executive career has taken him from the front lines of waste and environmental services to the boardrooms of private equity-backed companies, family offices, and growth-stage enterprises across transportation, logistics, manufacturing, environmental services, and technology. At every stage, his approach has been the same: get close to the business, understand what is broken, align the team around a clear vision, and execute with precision.

As CEO of Custom Ecology Inc., a $150 million private equity-backed transportation and logistics company, Christopher was brought in to salvage a self-imploded organization hemorrhaging $40 million in revenue, operating with virtually no corporate infrastructure, and facing serious DOT compliance challenges. Within six months, he had improved cash flow by $4 million per month, increased gross margin profitability by 45%, reduced operating expenses by 35%, rebuilt the senior leadership team from the ground up, and personally secured two of the largest contracts in the company's history — valued at more than $35 million annually.

As President and COO of Waste Corp., Christopher led a full strategic restructuring that produced revenue growth of 640% year over year, opened new market channels including big box retail distribution, expanded the company's geographic footprint into two additional states, and reduced cash burn by 60% through disciplined cost controls and contract renegotiations.

As COO and CIO of Waste Pro USA, Christopher played a central leadership role in a multi million dollar equity buyout taking the company private, while simultaneously building and standardizing an ERP infrastructure across 70 locations and overseeing more than 50 successful contract onboards.
